From 14 to 17 February, the Chocolate Festival took<\/span>\u00a0place in Technopolis, Gazi.<\/span>
\nOf course, I couldn’t miss it.<\/span>\u00a0I was fortunate to be in Athens, so since I attended the exhibition!<\/span>
\nChocolate workshops, benches on which they made sweets at that time, homemade lemonade, shots of chocolate, crepes, waffles, brownies, and many even <\/span>made you think you’re in heaven!<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”1905″ img_size=”full” onclick=”link_image”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]At the entrance stood a chocolate fountain and around the stalls with various goodies.<\/span>\u00a0The people were waiting in queues to try a homemade lemonade and wedges of chocolate.<\/span>\u00a0 Brownies,\u00a0crepes<\/span>,\u00a0pastries\u00a0produced\u00a0in front\u00a0of\u00a0your eyes<\/span>\u00a0and<\/span>\u00a0you<\/span>\u00a0could<\/span>\u00a0buy<\/span>\u00a0large easter\u00a0eggs<\/span>\u00a0or chocolate delights\u00a0with\u00a0<\/span>children<\/span>‘s\u00a0decoration<\/span>!<\/span><\/p>\n

I<\/span>\u00a0was\u00a0<\/span>excited, and\u00a0<\/span>I<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>bought<\/span>\u00a0waffles with\u00a0<\/span>Kinder\u00a0<\/span>Bueno<\/span>\u00a0chocolate<\/span>,\u00a0and<\/span>\u00a0I<\/span>\u00a0ate all of them.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”1901″ img_size=”full” onclick=”link_image”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The neighboring building, connoisseurs of the\u00a0pastry, making various recipes live and\u00a0gave\u00a0multiple tips!\u00a0I\u00a0don’t\u00a0remember\u00a0anything of what they\u00a0said, the\u00a0view\u00a0of\u00a0chocolate\u00a0absorbed\u00a0me.<\/p>\n

It was delicious but also was hot, and I didn’t have water with me![\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”1903″ img_size=”full” onclick=”link_image”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Out in the\u00a0courtyard, there were everywhere,\u00a0tables\u00a0and canteens with salty and sweet snacks!\u00a0I\u00a0decided\u00a0to\u00a0eat\u00a0something salty and sweet at the same time from a food truck that piqued my\u00a0interest!\u00a0So,\u00a0I\u00a0bought\u00a0the “el jefe” chicken sandwich by the guerilla chef!\u00a0The superb sweet-salted sandwich\u00a0I’ve ever munched!\u00a0(What I’m saying?\u00a0I haven’t\u00a0had\u00a0another like that!\u00a0I didn’t even know that there was, but it was delicious!).\u00a0Inspired\u00a0by the Mexican\u00a0gastronomy,\u00a0combines\u00a0the\u00a0flavors\u00a0of\u00a0chicken, mole sauce and\u00a0onion!<\/p>\n
