I experimented\u00a0with the savors of\u00a0team Guerilla<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0chef<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0at the Festival of Chocolate<\/strong> in Athens.<\/span>
\nYou can\u00a0find<\/span>\u00a0them at various\u00a0festivals<\/span>, to\u00a0bespoke<\/span>\u00a0private dinners and\u00a0parties<\/span>\u00a0that maybe you wouldn’t have thought\u00a0of as the\u00a0Sehre<\/span>\u00a0restaurant<\/span>\u00a0in\u00a0Arachova<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0It’\u00a0s<\/span>\u00a0an\u00a0opportunity<\/span>\u00a0to\u00a0taste<\/span>\u00a0something extraordinary and so delicious!<\/span><\/p>\n

The\u00a0initiators<\/span>\u00a0of Guerilla Chef and their\u00a0team<\/span>\u00a0seem<\/span>\u00a0to\u00a0think<\/span>\u00a0something alternative as to the\u00a0future<\/span>!<\/span>
\nThrough\u00a0years<\/span>\u00a0of\u00a0experience<\/span>\u00a0in the private catering and\u00a0restaurants<\/span>, an underground urban\u00a0culinary<\/span>\u00a0movement, that is not\u00a0often<\/span>\u00a0in Greece,\u00a0is<\/span>\u00a0their\u00a0dream<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0My\u00a0opinion<\/span>\u00a0is<\/span>\u00a0that\u00a0already<\/span>\u00a0they\u00a0have<\/span>,\u00a0already<\/span>, done this.<\/span>\u00a0Besides, as is said in my country “if you don’t stir the waters,\u00a0any\u00a0challenges\u00a0won’t show up to you.<\/span>“<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

What\u00a0I<\/span>\u00a0tasted:<\/strong><\/h5>\n
I<\/span>\u00a0wish\u00a0I<\/span>\u00a0could\u00a0try\u00a0everything, but\u00a0I<\/span>\u00a0limited\u00a0myself to the fantastic el jefe and a\u00a0bite\u00a0from the most beautiful burger with\u00a0cheddar<\/span>!<\/h5>\n

El Jefe<\/strong>:\u00a0Influenced\u00a0by the Mexican\u00a0gastronomy<\/span>, but also\u00a0chocolate, they\u00a0created one of\u00a0the most delicious sandwiches that\u00a0I<\/span>\u00a0have\u00a0tried.\u00a0The flavors combine so harmoniously together that the crispy onion, the coriander, the chili, the chicken, and the chocolate mole sauce\u00a0were\u00a0a taste explosion that excited me.\u00a0I hope to try this again and of course, recommend it to you!!!<\/p>\n

Patty Pan burger<\/strong>:\u00a0I sampled only\u00a0a little of\u00a0it, but it was enough to\u00a0know\u00a0that the\u00a0<\/span>culinary\u00a0magic\u00a0<\/span>is\u00a0in the\u00a0<\/span>simplicity.\u00a0The single or double burger eternally remains the pleasantest idea for dinner!<\/p>\n

Notes:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

1. The menu, there was also the lobster roll with lemony white chocolate which, unfortunately, I haven’t examined it, but it would be something different I believe.<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0The\u00a0burgers<\/span>\u00a0are juicy and not overcooked and dry.<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0Everything\u00a0is produced\u00a0in front of you at the same time.<\/p>\n
