Yes, the buffet beside the popular variety, contained pizza that I devoured it![\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;2113&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; onclick=&#8221;link_image&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]Saying goodbye to the beautiful, mountain scenery and departed for the city of Edessa. I had been there before, of course, but it does not get enchanted by the lush green landscape and waterfalls are in abundance. My favorite section is behind the big waterfall! Of course, the water squirts and maybe sliding in but the feeling of being behind the rock and see the running water is peaceful. (and if it comes in contrast with the recklessness of the water).[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_gallery interval=&#8221;0&#8243; images=&#8221;2107,2115,2127&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Our last and snowy location was the monastery of \u00a0<strong>Panagia Sumela.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>The Holy\u00a0Monastery\u00a0of\u00a0Panagia\u00a0Sumela\u00a0the\u00a0Monastery\u00a0of\u00a0Sumela,\u00a0is\u00a0a famous Christian orthodox monastery near\u00a0Trabzon, the\u00a0symbol\u00a0for 16\u00a0centuries, of the Pontic Hellenism.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With cold hands (I had forgotten my gloves in the suitcase) I took terrific photos of the <strong>Kastania<\/strong>\u00a0village which locates below the monastery) and of course the temple and nature around.[\/vc_column_text][vc_gallery interval=&#8221;0&#8243; images=&#8221;2109,2117,2103&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]After we ate at one of the restaurants that were around and drunk hot <strong>salep<\/strong> (drink) we took the road back to Patras.[\/vc_column_text][vc_gallery interval=&#8221;0&#8243; images=&#8221;2133,2105,2135&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Saying goodbye to the beautiful, mountain scenery and departed for the city of Edessa.
