In Milos island, you will find everything! Traditional flavors or even Gourmet dishes for the most demanding!
I, Of course, only wanted to eat Milos island’s pies* which I love but of course, I did not resist the rest of the delicacies!
* Milos island’s pies: they are local cheese pies with apple cheese. Delicious and tasteful. You’ll find them in bakeries and taverns.
In Adamas
“Oh Hamos“
Tavern in Adamas with delicious food and large portions but either make a reservation or get stools to wait in line! There are too many people every day. P.S. Taste smoky eggplant stuffed with cheese!
“Floisvos“
There are both seafood and barbecue. He makes the round himself, and he’s delicious. Good prices and very good service.
“Angeliki“
For ice cream in Angeliki in Adamas! There’s an ice cream machine!
Plaka
“Fatses”
Before you go all the way up to Plaka, you will discover the “fatses” creperie/ tavern! A Tavern with excellent flavors! I recommend the tabouleh salad, chicken with chili sauce and french fries with mint and cheese! You will enjoy live music every day, the helpful staff and you will feel warm like being in an old Greek movie! Go anyway!

“Archontoula”
Main Tavern in Plaka and from what I suggest the perfect pork fried as well as excellent shrimp pasta with cream. You will enjoy music (not live), and you can dance. Tourists, usually, prefer this restaurant.
“Diporto”
Excellent food, very good prices! From personal experience, I suggest it.
“Palaios”
One of my favorite pastry shops in Milos. Syrupy sweets, pastes, profiteroles, and whatever else your appetite is going for!
Polonia
“Yalos”
Apart from the delicious Milos island pies, at the seashore, you ‘ll find excellent seafood and delicious pasta with penne, chicken and katiki Domokos!
Tip: their Milos islands pies are one of the best on the island!!
“Enalion”
A tavern with fresh and delicious fish. Some people suggest shrimp pasta with Roe! Polite staff and helpful. Maybe you should have made a reservation earlier.
“Armyra”
It is famous for exquisite seafood! It’s worth it!
“Kivotos ton geuseon”
A place with an incredible courtyard where you can enjoy traditional delicacies as well as special sweets! The shop also offers various handmade products like soaps, spoon sweets, creams and more.
Mandrakia
“Medusa”
It is famous for the salad with the name Medusa, The Squid and the octopus! Especially for the latter, I have heard praise from my sources! Have a drink for me while you gaze at the sea!
Empourios
“Empourios”
In Empourios, you will find the most delicious goat.
Triovasalos
In Galani coffee shop in Triovasalo is ideal for snails accompanied by ouzo or beer.
“Brlibanis”
You’ll get the best souvlaki. Every night they line up, so don’t go last minute.

Plaka
In KRI-KRI, you will find very nice cocktails and an excellent and very expensive burger. They serve it without fries, unfortunately. So, just go for a drink there or just for a burger (really delicious). There is live music, Greek and foreign.
Adamas
“Aragosta”
Enjoy your cocktails overlooking the harbor!
“Akri bar”
It is located a little further than the others but without omitting the beautiful view.
“Mostra”
Delicious cocktails and harbor views!
There are several bars in a row along the port from the upper side and all have beautiful views and nice cocktails. Whatever you choose, you will definitely have a beautiful night enjoying your drink with your friends!
