Budapest: Food and nightlife!

In every countrywe visitwe think about the food and fun! Why not? We‘re going on vacation!

BelowI will speak about what I enjoyed in Budapest and what I would suggest to you.

Traditionally, Hungary’s culinary art includes several delicious foods as long as you know where to eat and what to choose!!!

Savory

You can sample delicious soups (many have a red color due to the paprika), goulash (Try it in a loaf of bread if you discover it.), perkelt (stew meat with paprika, like a goulash), and, of courselangos ( sweet and savory – 2 people need for this pie for sure!!!) with cream cheese which you will find  in the public markets. One more thing they cook a lot is Borjú paprikás galuskával (pieces of beef or chicken in paprika sauce and usually accompanied by small dumplings of dough – reminded me a little bit of macaroni).

Sweets

loved the Rétes (IE. Hungarian apple strudel, raisin with cheese mixture and sprinkled with sugar ) , gundel palascinta (pancakes with almond filling and black chocolate sauce), traditional Hungarian Jewish cake (sweet dessert with nuts) and everything that has the New York palace cafe!!

Places I enjoyed!!
  • For sale pub

My preferred place in Budapest! Particular style! It’s like walking into a barn with hardwood floors and straw. Plus, there are papers with dedications everywhere! Excellent music!

Delicious flavors, huge menu and large portions so it is good if you are two persons, get one meal. The same goes for sweets. I enjoyed a cake that was like marshmallows covered in an orange sauce that unfortunately, I can’t recall what they called it!

P.S. 1 They don’t accept credit cards.
P.S. 2 you will definitely wait in the queue, but it is worth it!
P.S. 3 The meal will cost you almost 15 euros per person.

  • Pizza King

The most delicious and dirt-cheap pizza I’ve ever had! There are shops in many areas of Budapest.

  • Public marketplaces

If you go on Christmas, you will definitely find the federal marketplace near the St. Stephen’s church with all kinds of traditional delicacies
Try langos!! Like big pancakes with cream cheese, grated cheese and cold cuts or even sausages. You might actually supply them in some sweet version of them! Their prices are pinched, though.
  • New York palace cafe

cafe like a palace. The cafe has, unexpectedly, a live orchestra that accompanies the heavenly sweets you will order. It is incredible with golden details everywhere and painted ceilings. Remarkably polite staff and rapid service even if you wait in line. They’re worth all the candy!!P.S. The prices are pretty pinched, but you’ll really enjoy it!

  • Jamie’s Italian Budapest

I couldn’t help but trust the famous Jamie Oliver! I’m spaghetti, what to do;

Delicious and delicious dishes, though a little expensive. J. Oliver the famous! You pay the name! I was thrilled by my carbonara, though!!

  • Szimpla Kert

I definitely recommend this special place! The decoration is fantastic and various everywhere! I don’t know how they’ve been able to combine so many extraordinary objects, but really as long as you sit down, you’ll surprise yourself staring around! Cheap drinks!

  • Instant cafe

It belongs to the famous ruins cafe and moreover has excellent decoration, many rooms, several bands that sing in contrasting styles of music, mini-table-football, and Pizza bar!! Words are unnecessary! Look at the pictures!

I highly recommend all!!! Have fun!!
