I experimented with the savors of team Guerilla chef at the Festival of Chocolate in Athens.
You can find them at various festivals, to bespoke private dinners and parties that maybe you wouldn’t have thought of as the Sehre restaurant in Arachova. It’ s an opportunity to taste something extraordinary and so delicious!

Fahd, Nikos, and their gang of cooks are the “Guerilla Chef.”
The initiators of Guerilla Chef and their team seem to think something alternative as to the future!
Through years of experience in the private catering and restaurants, an underground urban culinary movement, that is not often in Greece, is their dream.
My opinion is that already they have, already, done this. Besides, as is said in my country “if you don’t stir the waters, any challenges won’t show up to you.“
What I tasted:
I wish I could try everything, but I limited myself to the fantastic el jefe and a bite from the most beautiful burger with cheddar!
El Jefe: Influenced by the Mexican gastronomy, but also chocolate, they created one of the most delicious sandwiches that I have tried. The flavors combine so harmoniously together that the crispy onion, the coriander, the chili, the chicken, and the chocolate mole sauce were a taste explosion that excited me. I hope to try this again and of course, recommend it to you!!!
Patty Pan burger: I sampled only a little of it, but it was enough to know that the culinary magic is in the simplicity. The single or double burger eternally remains the pleasantest idea for dinner!
Notes:
1. The menu, there was also the lobster roll with lemony white chocolate which, unfortunately, I haven’t examined it, but it would be something different I believe.
2. The burgers are juicy and not overcooked and dry.
3. Everything is produced in front of you at the same time.
